The BC340CRS scanning radio is a multi-featured conventional channel scanner with easy operation for listening to NOAA weather and for monitoring your favorite public safety and public service channels.  This scanning radio has been manufactured so that it will not tune to cell phone frequencies.  The BC340CRS can be used with an optional 32 ohm stereo headset or earphone.

• Channel Memory Scanning scans frequencies you've stored at a rate of up to 60 channels per second.
• The Memory Availability lets you store and then scan up to 1900 channels in 10 banks.
• Skip over stored frequencies using the Channel Lockout/Frequency Lockout feature faster scanning
• The Alarm Clock has Snooze function, and you can store up to 30 preset AM/FM and TV 2-13 Broadcast channels for quick access.
• The Priority Channel lets you set a specific frequency as your priority channel, which gets scanned every 2 second; you can have one priority channel per bank of 10.
